Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window
Guests may cancel their direct online reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the official check-in time of 14:00 IST on the check-in date. Any amount charged to the guest’s card or payment method will be refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days, subject to payment gateway and bank clearing schedules.
2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date, as well as failure to arrive (No-Show), will result in a retention charge equivalent to the first night room rate including applicable taxes. Any remaining nights will be automatically released back to public inventory.
3. Early Departures
In the event of an early departure during your stay, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on the room category and prevailing rate plan, a one-night early departure fee may apply.
4. Convention Hall & Event Bookings
Bookings for the Grand Convention Hall, wedding banquets, or corporate group blocks are governed by customized banquet contracts. In general, advance event deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event date.
5. Online Cancellation Process
You can conveniently cancel your eligible booking by visiting our Manage My Reservation portal using your booking reference number and email or phone number.
