1. Check-In & Identification Requirements
Standard check-in begins at 14:00 IST and check-out is by 11:00 IST. In compliance with Government of India hospitality regulations, every adult guest staying at Anantha Hotel must present a valid government-issued photo identity document (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon arrival.
2. Room Occupancy & Capacity
Room rates are determined by room category and declared guest counts. Guests must not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy stated in their booking voucher.
3. Rates, Taxes & Pricing Authority
All confirmed prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian statutory authorities. The final price presented at checkout and on your official reservation voucher is the authoritative payable amount.
4. Property Guidelines & Quiet Hours
To maintain our serene sanctuary ambience, we observe quiet hours from 22:30 to 07:00 in guest corridors and residential suites. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all indoor suites and common foyers.
